Aireys Inlet Uniting Church congregation is a group of
-
Regular worshippers who live in Aireys Inlet or surrounds
-
Visitors who have holiday homes in the area and worship with us when they are on the coast - (we call them “swallows”)
-
Other visitors, many from interstate and overseas who enrich our fellowship from time to time
Our Mission Statement
Community Carols
The Aireys Inlet Uniting Church runs a Community Carols event at the Aireys Inlet Pub early in December
CRISP Project
The Aireys Inlet congregation formed a community support group under the Community Refugee Sponsorship & Integration Pilot (CRISP) project and in 2023 successfully brought a refugee family from Venezuela to settle in Aireys Inlet. This was achieved with excellent support from the Surf Coast congregations and the Presbytery of Port Phillip West's Simpson fund.
Lunch at the Pub
"Lunch at the Pub" is held at the Aireys Inlet Hotel on the first Friday of every month starting at 12 noon. We welcome everyone including newcomers, old-timers and visitors to town. A warm greeting and good conversation over a delicious lunch is guaranteed. Transport can be provided to those who require it.

Pancake Day
This Uniting-wide event is held at the Aireys Inlet Community hall annually on Shrove Tuesday.
Prayer Shawl Ministry
Who are we? We Yarn and Yarn We are an ecumenical group of knitters who meet weekly to knit shawls and enjoy Christian fellowship together. We work with yarn to knit the shawl and we yarn with each other on topics that will help us walk the Christian walk to make a difference in our community, all while our shawls are growing
